Delete your TwoGames+ account

You can delete your account yourself, in the app, at any time. It's deleted right away. TwoGames+ is made by Snapstice LLC.

In the app

  1. Open TwoGames+ on your phone, or go to app.twogamesplus.com on a computer, and sign in.
  2. Tap your initials at the top right, then Delete my account. It's also at the bottom of the Household page.
  3. Read what goes, type DELETE, then tap Delete my account.

If you share your household and you're its Owner, you first choose: give the household to someone else in it, or delete it for everyone.

Can't sign in?

Email privacy@twogamesplus.com from the address you sign in with, and say you want your account deleted. We'll delete it within 30 days, and tell you when it's done.

If you sign in with Apple and hid your email address, write from any address and tell us the forwarding address Apple gave TwoGames+ (on your iPhone: Settings, then your name, then Sign-In & Security, then Sign in with Apple); we'll write to that address, and your reply confirms it's yours.

What's deleted

  • Your sign-in account: your email address, your name, and how you sign in.
  • Your name in your household, and the address you drive from.
  • If you're the only one in your household: the household and everything in it, like its games, practices, teams, places and home address.
  • If you share it: the others keep the household. If you're its Owner, you first give it to someone else, or delete it for everyone.
  • A paid plan bought on our website is cancelled, or, if you give the household to someone, it stops renewing and your card is removed.

What we keep, and for how long

Payment records
Stripe, our payment company, keeps them as long as the law requires.
Our server's logs
Up to 30 days. They hold ID numbers and the IP address each request came from, never names, email addresses or street addresses.
Backups
Up to 7 days. After that, the backups hold nothing of your account.
Our sign-in service
Supabase keeps its logs and backups for up to 7 days.
Emails you sent us
In our mailbox, so we have a record of what was asked and answered.
Daily totals
Counts across everyone, like how many households there are. They name no one.

Delete only some things?

You can keep your account and still remove things. Your household's Owner can reset the season, or delete the household, on the Household page. See Delete your household, or everything.
