Choose, change or cancel your plan

The Owner picks a plan on the Household page, and changes or cancels it there too.

On this page

One plan covers your whole household: everyone who shares your schedule.

Before you start: only the Owner, the one person in charge, can choose or change the plan. Everyone else sees a line under Plans that says who the Owner is.

  1. Open the menu (☰), then tap Household. On a tablet or computer, it's on the left.

  2. Scroll down to Plans. Yours is marked Your plan.

  3. Under the plan you want, tap Monthly or Yearly. If you already pay for a plan, use Manage billing instead.

  4. On Stripe's page, tick the box that agrees to the terms and the renewal. Then pay.

  5. When you're done, Stripe sends you back to Household.

What you'll see

A note says your plan will show in a few seconds. Then the line under your household's name shows your plan and when it renews.

A plan renews by itself until you cancel. Cancel before it renews to stop the next charge.

Stripe adds sales tax where the law requires it. Your statement shows the charge as SNAPSTICE TWOGAMES+.

No plan after a minute? Reload the page, or write to support@twogamesplus.com.

Left Stripe's page without paying? We say Checkout was cancelled. Nothing was charged.

Change or cancel your plan

  1. On Household, under Plans, tap Manage billing. Stripe's billing page opens in a new tab.

  2. Switch plan, cancel, or change how you pay.

  3. Close that tab when you're done. Your Household page shows the change soon after.

A switch to another plan starts at once. Our terms say what that means for what you've paid.

A cancelled plan stays until the end of the time you paid for. Then you're on the free plan, and nothing is deleted.

In the terms' words: Payments are not refunded, in full or in part, including for the rest of a period after cancelling, except where the law requires a refund or these terms say otherwise. Read more in our terms

On a smaller plan you keep everything, but you can't add more than it allows. When a plan gets smaller says more.

If a payment doesn't go through

You'll see The last payment didn't go through. Stripe tries again over the next few days, and your plan stays meanwhile.

Update how you pay in Manage billing. If the payment still fails, the plan ends on the day shown.

If the household gets a new Owner

Billing emails and receipts go to the new Owner from then on. The payment method on file stays until they change it in Manage billing. The Owner before them can't manage billing any more.

Have a promo code?

  1. Under Plans, tap Have a promo code?

  2. Type it in Promo code, then tap Use it.

A note says the plan is yours. A household can use each code once.
