Your days

Fits
At least 45 minutes to spare between two things, after the drive. Two things at one place fit too. More about Fits
Tight
Less than 45 minutes to spare after the drive, maybe none. A drive we can't check yet is Tight too. More about Tight
Conflict
The drive doesn't fit the gap (“Short by 24min”), two things overlap (“Overlap”), or more cars are out than drivers. More about Conflict
Before a game
How early your player needs to be there: gear on, warm-up, call time. Practices have their own. More about Before a game
After
Time after the end to pack up and get to the car. More about After
Leave home
When to set off from the home you drive from, counting back from when you're due at the first place. More about Leave home
The record
A day becomes the record 60 minutes after its last drive or game ends. After that, it stays as it was. More about The record

Fixing a day

Skip
Take a game or practice off everyone's day. It stays on the schedule, crossed out, with Put it back. More about Skip
Hand over

Driver
The adult who drives to a game or practice. A driver signs in to your household, so invite them first. More about Driver
Needs a driver
A steering wheel on an event: nobody has said they'll drive it yet. More about Needs a driver
Resolved
A day that had a conflict, where a skip or a hand-over left no conflict. The Resolved page lists them. More about Resolved

Your household

Household

Owner

Depends on your plan Editor
Changes everything about the schedule: games, teams, imports, skips and who drives. Not the household itself. More about Editor
Depends on your plan Viewer
Sees everything, and can take a game nobody drives. Changes only their own name, colour and where they drive from. More about Viewer
Player
Our terms say: A player is anyone on one of your teams, adult or child, including a coach on the team they coach. People who are on no team, such as someone who only drives, never count. More about Player
Add-on
Someone you add who doesn't sign in, like your child. They take part in games and practices, and never drive. More about Add-on
Home base
Your household's home address and time zone. Cars leave from it, unless their driver drives from their own. The Owner and the people they confirm live there see it all. More about Home base
Drives from
Where someone’s drives start and end: the household’s address, or their own. Each driver sets their own. More about Drives from
Same address as the household
For someone who lives at Home base. Once the Owner confirms it, their phone knows when they’re home. More about Same address as the household
